How do I use the map?
-
The map below is provided by GoogleMaps (tm) and it uses many of the features of the maps at Google.com (R). You can zoom in and out and move north, south, east and west using the controls at the left top of the map. You can drag the map by holding your left mouse button down while moving the mouse across the map, and you can re-center and zoom in on a particular location by double-clicking at that point on the map. You can change the look of the map (map, satellite, or hybrid) using the buttons at the top right, and a convenient map scale is located at the bottom.

Why am I looking at a map of the whole world?
-
We have diplomates at multiple locations, so the map opens by default to show as many locations as possible. Double-click, use the zoom controls, or use the Seach feature to zoom in to an area of interest.

Why are so few markers shown?
-
GoogleMaps (TM) can only show a limited number of push-pins, so until you start zooming in, the map shows a limited number of pins that may represent one or a cluster of more than one individuals.

How do I use the Search feature?
-
The Search feature has somewhat limited capabilities, but will allow you to place and rapidly move to a specific location on the map. From there, you may need to zoom in or out to better see if there are any individuals near that location.
